These Terms govern your access to and use of PrepGym (the "Service"), operated by RudraSphere Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service with verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian. By creating an account you confirm the information you provide is accurate.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- You may not impersonate any individual or institution.
- One person, one account. Sharing credentials may result in suspension.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to cheat in any actual recruitment process or examination.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the AI, scrape content, or bypass proctoring.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content.
- Do not exceed reasonable usage limits (rate-limited per plan).
4. AI output disclaimer
Outputs from the AI interviewer, scorer, and report generator are probabilistic. They are designed for practice, coaching, and self-improvement. They are not a substitute for professional career advice, recruitment decisions, or examination results. We make no warranty as to their accuracy or completeness.
5. Subscriptions, payments & refunds
Paid plans are billed through our payment partners. You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including the rubric engine, voice agent, and exam patterns, is owned by RudraSphere and licensed under the terms shown on each module. Open-source modules are made available under their respective licences.
7. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, answers, recordings). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process this content to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train public AI models without explicit opt-in consent.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. On deletion, we erase your Personal Data per our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹5,000, whichever is higher.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
11. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Subject to arbitration, the courts of Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
