We want PrepGym to be a no-regret purchase. This Refund Policy describes the refund terms for our paid plans, in compliance with Indian consumer protection laws and Reserve Bank of India guidelines for online merchants.
1. Pro monthly subscription
- 7-day money-back guarantee. Cancel within 7 days of your first paid month, write to billing@prepgym.ai, and we will refund 100% of the amount.
- After 7 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current cycle, but you can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the cycle.
2. Pro annual subscription
- Refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if you have used fewer than 5 sessions.
- After 14 days, pro-rated refunds are issued for unused months minus a 10% administrative fee.
3. University & enterprise plans
Refunds for university and enterprise contracts are governed by the Master Services Agreement signed at time of purchase. The default terms allow a pro-rated refund of unused sessions on 30 days' written notice.
4. One-time purchases (mock test packs)
- Refundable in full if no test in the pack has been started.
- Once any test is started, the pack is non-refundable.
5. How to request a refund
Email billing@prepgym.ai from the address on your account with your order ID and the reason. We acknowledge within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a payment dispute with your card issuer or UPI app without first contacting us, we may suspend your account pending the outcome of the dispute.
